Aston Martin Vantage, though it was created by the best engineers of the sports motor industry, is designed for quiet and pleasant driving, rather than for high-speed races. Being an owner of a complex system of electronic injection of fuel, Aston Martin Vantage has the power of 550 h.p. and the maximal speed of 298 kmph, which is achieved by the 8-cylinder 32-valve V-shaped power unit, installed on the sports Aston Martin for participation in various competitions.

One more, but not a less serious, model was presented in 2004: this is the conceptual coupet Aston Martin V8 Vantage. The two-seat car with the aluminum V8 engine and a six-gear mechanical gear-box installed in front of the rear axle to improve the weight balance, is differed by its pragmatic attitude: it is equipped with a luggage carrier of decent sizes and a magnificent interior, which is usual for Aston Martin.

And in 2007, it will be possible to admire the Aston Martin V8 Vantage Volante car, an open cabriolet with a 4,3-liter V8 engine capable to speed the sports car up to 100 kmph for five seconds.
